Server settings

Modules, settings pages, lists, command rules, permission groups and language in the dashboard.

Modules#

Open Modules in the sidebar to switch features on or off. A module that depends on another cannot be switched on while its dependency is off, and a module another enabled module needs cannot be switched off. Settings are kept when a module is off. The Aurora core module cannot be disabled.

Feature pages#

Each feature has a page with a feature switch at the top and its settings in sections below. A banner tells you when the feature is off and that its settings do not apply yet. Changes are saved with the save bar; leaving with unsaved changes asks first.

Lists#

Features with many entries (sticky messages, custom commands, shop items, ticket categories, scheduled messages and others) show a list with an Add button and a dialog for adding and editing. Empty lists explain what they are for.

Command rules and permissions#

  • Command rules: disable a command or allow it only in certain channels or for certain roles, as with /config command-*.

  • Permissions: assign Aurora groups to roles. See Permissions.

Language#

The server language (English or German) is set in settings and applies to Aurora's replies in Discord.
